In 1992 Michael Wehrhahn ,
son of late Larry Wehrhrhan (Republic Pictures, Fort Lee Film Storage)
created and launched a multi functional corporation to develop, produce,
and distribute superior inspirational films in which was called GLOBAL
STAR PRODUCTIONS.
Global Star Productions expanded in the late 90’s after the success
of several produced films to include film & media storage facilities,
design studios, and ISP (Internet Service Provider) for internet development,
hosting and multimedia events worldwide called The GSP NETWORK.
Company’s clientele to name a few includes Merchant Ivory Productions,
Technicolor, Bronx Tale Films, Museum Of Modern Art (MOMA) and Screen
Gems Studios, Universal’s Battlestar Galactica, Ryans Hope, Good
Morning America, ABC’s Wide World Of Sports, NBC’s Nightly
News, Details Magazine and the Nasa Space Program. In Late 1999 Global
Star's was hired and employed by SCREEN GEMS STUDIO’S in Wilmington
North Carolina home of Dawsons Creek to assist in developmental projects,
and maintain studio events alongside President Frank Capra and Vice
President Gerrald Waller in the studio lots.
Global Star's latest productional credits are “7 Mummies”
starring (fast and the furious) Matt Shultz and (Once Upon a Time in
Mexicos) Daniel Trejo “BLAZIN” starring Fat Joe , Cuban
Link , Angie Martinez “Secret War” starring KC Armstrong
(Howard Stern show) and Jim Florentine (Crank
Yankers) “Lord of the City” starring Marcos Miranda “Whats
Eating You” and “The 25th Anniversity of Battlestar Galactica”
reunion in Universal City CA.
Global Star's in development with several motion pictures and is involved
in a television and motion picture epic created by Richard Hatch of
Battle Star Galactica called the GREAT WAR OF MAGELLAN. |
